All orders are processed at our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Pre-order Note: Orders containing Pre-order items will be shipped in full only after the official release date of the pre-order item.
2. Shipping Zones and Estimated Times
We use CTT Registered Mail for Portugal and Express Carriers (e.g., DPD/DHL) for the European Union, ensuring tracking for your order.
