What does the card condition classification mean?
Our Single cards are graded according to TCG industry standards:

Near Mint (NM): Almost perfect.

Lightly Played (LP): Slight signs of use on the edges.

Moderately Played (MP): Obvious wear.

Damaged (DMG): Severe damage (crease, water damage). We make every effort to classify cards accurately.
Why can't sealed products (Booster Packs/Displays) be returned if opened?
We do not accept returns of sealed products that have been opened, as their value is intrinsically linked to their randomness (RNG). Opening compromises the product. Consult our Refund Policy for more details.
PRE-ORDERS AND ORDERS
When will my Pre-order items be shipped?
The shipping date for all pre-order items (e.g., Set 3) is only an estimate. We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible after the manufacturer's official release date. Any delays will be communicated via email.
Can I cancel my Pre-order?
Cancellation is possible, but it may be subject to an ** administrative fee of 5% to 10%** of the order value, as stated in our Terms of Service, to cover transaction costs.
What happens if I mix an in-stock item with a Pre-order?
The entire order will be held and shipped in full only when the Pre-order item becomes available. If you need the in-stock items sooner, place two separate orders.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What are your shipping costs for Portugal?
We use CTT Registered Mail. Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, starting at €4.50. We offer Free Shipping for orders over €200.00.
Do you accept MB WAY?
Yes, we accept MB WAY and Multibanco (references), in addition to VISA and Mastercard. (This is only true after the activation of Viva Wallet/Mollie.)
